The Home Staging Gals entered an annual contact with NBA executive William Koenig and his wife, Melinda Witmer to stage their penthouse residence at The Tampa Edition. This 5,107-square-foot unit at 1000 Water St. has an open living space with panoramic views of of downtown Tampa, 4.5 baths, and 4 bedrooms with a primary suite wing that features it’s own living area.

This opportunity came to life through Compass Real Estate agents Eric Dungy and John Fincher, who thought Home Staging Gals’ first class service and modern design aesthetic would be the perfect match for this unique opportunity.

The space features high ceilings, clean lines, and top of the line finishes. Home Staging Gals were able to select furniture and home decor items that complimented the high end modern design of this new development in downtown Tampa.
